Self Care Lab Struggles to Stay Afloat:
“I wanted to make seeking a mental health professional cool. Breaking stigmatisms is the key ingredient to this project. Improving the lives of others with exercise.”
This quote sums up the incredible founder of the Self Care Lab Boxing Gym. Nita integrates the needed attributes in a person’s life into boxing. That being: Community, self-care, mental health and exercise.
Since 2016 Nita and her crew have hosted all kinds of events, have trained thousands of athletes, especially those who have suffered from a range of mental health issues.
Now, Nita faces a new challenge, an increasing demand to take in more young people who are battling mental health issues. They are in need of an extra push to make this happen.
Their new facility will allow the business to have more capacity, events, and therapy-related workshops to fight off mental health symptoms in the younger generations through boxing and exercise.

Turkey Prepares Foundational Crypto Bill:
A drafted bill was announced in Turkey to build a legal foundation for cryptocurrencies and related assets. The bill will be presented by Şakir Ercan Gül, the Deputy Minister to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, next year in October 2021.
The idea is to keep a watchful legal eye on crypto passing through the Turkish economy to protect everyday investors, bring more regulation to exchanges, and halt any money laundering.
The drafted bill also requires crypto-related businesses to have a minimum capital requirement. This allows the legal system to essentially keep up with the money floating through the economy by adding collateralization and safe movement of funds.
Thousands of PS4 Consoles Thought to be Used in Illegal Crypto Mining Were Used for Farming In-Game Currency:
Remember the story covered in last weekend’s highlights? The 3,800 PlayStation 4 gaming consoles were not involved in illegal crypto mining operations.
Last week Ukrainian police uncovered an underground operation that had thousands of devices seized due to draining the local power grid of energy. Held devices and gaming consoles were producing in-game currency and exclusive packs for the video game FIFA Ultimate Team, stated by a Ukrainian business publication, Delo.
Ukraine’s Secret Service has not publicly made any conclusions on their findings according to Delo.
